FAQ
What is your turn around time?
Most of our “basic” web design projects can be completed within 31 days. Special programming such as databases, customer flash or “out of the ordinary” request will of course take a little longer. Here are also some factor in which our time frame can also be affected.
- Lack of content such as images and text
- Start-up websites that is “open-ended” with continual updates
- Amount of customization or product input
- Availability of client to meet or communicate with us
How much does a website cost?
Our websites cost depends on the project. Our very basic website starts around $600. (see our services page) Adding custom design, content management systems (CMS), and Search Engine Friendly and compliant sites will have added cost.
Here are some example price ranges.
- $600 – $1200+ : Starter website, unlimited pages, CMS (see resources page for info), flash header, forms and unlimited web admin training.
- $1,600 + : Ecommerce sites, Custom made websites with search engines, database and other more complicated websites (price inludes, custom flash header, logo redesign, CMS, unlimited pages, 1 month free support, life time web admin training.
Almost all our websites are not limited to any pages since we use Content Management Systems (CMS) which means you can add pages to your sites yourself, add content and images without having to ask us after we have finished your site layout.
What is Content Management Systems (CMS)?
A content management system is software that keeps track of every piece of content on your Web site, much like your local public library keeps track of books and stores them. Content can be simple text, photos, music, video, documents, or just about anything you can think of. A major advantage of using a CMS is that it requires almost no technical skill or knowledge to manage. Since the CMS manages all your content, you don’t have to.
